I like the people in Lebo and I like at least one person in Iola, but I wouldn’t really say I particularly enjoy the actual areas themselves. I have a hard time going back to Lebo High School and thinking “what a big grand facility this is!” after I’ve been here at KU, walking out of a multimillion dollar library with probably every book ever written somewhere within it’s recesses, and right into a lecture hall which has had in it poets, actors, presidents, dictators, and yes, even Bill Cosby. Going from stop lights on 2 lane roads with driven on by cars to stop signs on gravel with tractors, it’s a hard transition. > There was a run-on sentence in that last paragraph.
