Motto:  Snow days – Every Bit as Awesome as they were in High School > We had a snow day yesterday. I would have updated, but I was much too busy playing all three of the Halos and Rock Band and carrying on and stuff.  It was awesome. I only missed out on one class in actuality. That didn’t stop me from feeling like a kid again and taking a day off.

 > I’m taking an Intro to Poetry class. At first I thought it was going to be extraordinarily gay, but I soon second guessed myself. I do admit that having to write 6 papers dissecting poetry and poetic terminology is pretty lame, but the benefit I’ve gotten from the class goes much beyond what I pictured possible. I’m able to listen to a song, or read the lyrics and take in so much more information from so many more perspectives it’s worth the papers. Also it’s forced me to learn how to put things I’d already realized into words. Such as the juxtaposition of opposite imagery calling attention to how abrupt a certain line or stanza might be. I get a feeling it will help me explain why I do things in videos I might make later on (if I continue to make them, I still haven’t really felt the desire to put myself in front of a camera and a computer screen for 4 hours just to make a 5 minute video.

 > So yeah, take Intro to Poetry. You’ll be glad you did. I guess I should make another note about how Acting I is definitely causing me to realize that other people are just as capable of being absolutely as bizarre as I am, maybe even more so. That class makes me laugh (other than again, the 4 papers I have.) > I think I’m going to wrap this up so I can go get some food from The Underground. I didn’t wake up in time for breakfast today. My extra half hour of sleep seemed more importantly then. I regret that decision. >  Plus I have to take a dump. : )
