I too finished my high school basketball career in a less-than-acceptable fashion. Yes, we made it to State - but we choked there. I was never able to get in the flow that game, never in rhythm with the ball. I ended up fouling out in the 3rd quarter - never, never in my life had that happened before. Time will help make things feel better. So would playing BB at a Jr. College - 2 more years of glory, team commroderie, and hard work. I know it's not something that you've been interested in before. But it would mean free school, and a similar lifestyle to what you've got now (no work). Otherwise, welcome to the real world - it's a one-way ticket and you'll never get another opportunity to go back. There are no words to make your loss any easier.
